Position: Business Development Executive/Lead (4-8 years)

Role Requirements

- Generate new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline independently.
- Identify and pitch to prospective clients across Weddings and Luxury, Corporate and MICE, and Government and Consulates.
- Build client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve revenue targets and develop long-term client partnerships.




- Relevant industry experience in events, hospitality, corporate activations, or related services.
- Proven ability to independently generate business and close deals.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
