Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves B2B lead generation, market research, prospecting, and business development for Envecon’s IT products and services across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify B2B leads for Envecon’s IT products and services.
- Research international markets, target companies, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound cold calling and engage prospective customers.
- Support email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and digital outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM.




- Achieve assigned lead-generation and outreach targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Fresh graduates, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive research, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, ERP, SaaS, IT products, and enterprise solutions.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts aligned with international markets.

Internship & Career Progression:

- Six-month structured internship with on-the-job training.
- Monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
- Performance-based evaluation throughout the internship.
- Opportunity for full-time absorption upto ₹3.0 LPA, subject to performance and business requirements.

Working Conditions:

- Location: Vikhroli East, Mumbai
- Working Hours: 8-hour shift
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday during the internship; Monday to Friday after full-time absorption.
- Shift: Rotational/business-aligned shifts based on customer requirements.
