Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Lucknow.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads across relevant industries and brand categories. The role involves conducting client outreach, presenting Influe’s influencer marketplace solutions, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The Executive will maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution,



and track performance metrics to meet growth targets.

The position requires regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in meetings or events to expand Influe’s network and brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and grow a robust client base.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive sustainable revenue.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client presentations.
- Experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within marketing, advertising, or digital media is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, meet targets, use CRM tools, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
