Job Purpose:

To expand the hotel portfolio by identifying potential properties, building relationships with hotel owners, and securing management contracts or lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify hotel acquisition opportunities through owners, brokers, consultants, and industry networks.

Evaluate properties, conduct site visits, and assess business potential.

Prepare feasibility reports and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.

Negotiate commercial terms and finalize management contracts or lease agreements.

Coordinate approvals, due diligence, and contract execution.

Maintain the acquisition pipeline and achieve hotel signing and room addition targets.

Ensure smooth handover of signed properties to the operations team.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant experience in hotel business development, acquisition, leasing, or management contracts.

Robust negotiation, communication, networking, and commercial skills.

- Willingness to travel for property visits and business development.
