- Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, smart, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business growth through B2B lead generation, client prospecting, and sales outreach. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to identify potential clients, build business relationships, and generate qualified leads for our services.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research, and cold outreach.
- Conduct market research and account research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, service needs, and potential for conversion.
- Manage LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, and follow-up activities to engage prospective clients.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM systems, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare and maintain lead trackers, reports,



and follow-up schedules using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Communicate professionally with prospective clients through emails, calls, and other business communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture relationships and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Develop a basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourcing services to effectively communicate the company’s offerings.
- Support the team in achieving lead generation targets and overall business development goals.
- Candidates with experience or a strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- A proactive individual who can independently research prospects and initiate conversations with potential clients.
