We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our professional baking training courses and job placement opportunities among students who have recently completed their education. The candidate will be responsible for approaching colleges, schools, educational institutes, and students to explain our baking training programs, counsel students about career opportunities in the baking industry, and motivate eligible candidates to enroll in our courses. Our objective is to help students develop professional baking skills and build a career in the baking industry through structured training and employment opportunities within our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Outreach & Counseling
- Identify and approach students who have completed their education and are looking for career-oriented courses and job opportunities.
- Explain our professional baking courses, training modules, course duration, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Counsel students and their parents about the perks of skill-based training and career opportunities in the baking industry.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into course enrollments.
- College & Institute Tie-Ups
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutes to promote our baking training programs.
- Build relationships with college management, placement cells, career counselors, and faculty members.
- Arrange career guidance sessions, presentations, seminars, and student awareness programs.
- Develop partnerships with educational institutes to generate student enrollment opportunities.
- Business Development & Enrollment




- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other outreach activities.
- Explain the benefits of joining our baking training program and the career opportunities available after successful completion.
- Meet monthly targets for student inquiries, counseling sessions, college visits, and course enrollments.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and regularly update lead status.
- Training & Placement Promotion
- Communicate the practical training opportunities and career pathways available in the baking industry.
- Explain the company's job placement process, eligibility criteria, and employment terms clearly to students.
- Coordinate with the training and HR teams to support student onboarding and placement activities.
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students throughout the admission process.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on college visits, student interactions, leads generated, and admissions achieved.
- Coordinate with the management team to improve student outreach and enrollment strategies.
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses to student inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Robust interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and student counseling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students, parents, college representatives, and management.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and student outreach activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
