About Dil Foods

Dil Foods is a house of regional food brands that partners with standalone restaurants, cloud kitchens, and cafés to help them generate additional revenue by utilising their existing kitchen infrastructure and operational capacity.Through our virtual food brands, we enable restaurant partners to expand their business without building a new brand from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound leads received through the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Call restaurant owners to understand their business profile and partnership interest.
- Collect and update essential restaurant and contact details.
- Qualify leads based on basic partnership requirements.
- Schedule and confirm meetings between prospective partners and Inside Sales Managers.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call outcomes, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handovers.
- Track daily calling activities, qualified leads, and meetings scheduled.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales support,



or sales coordination.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Kannada is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with restaurant owners.

Ideal Candidate An organised, detail-oriented individual with good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage leads and coordinate effectively with the sales team. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
