Job Summary

Chudasama Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand its domestic and international client base for architectural design, CAD drafting, and BIM outsourcing services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, developing business relationships, preparing proposals, and converting opportunities into successful projects. The role involves working with architecture firms, engineering consultants, real estate developers, and construction companies across international markets, including the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for architectural outsourcing services in domestic and international markets.
- Research and approach potential clients, including architects, engineering consultants, real estate developers, and construction firms.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, online research, and other business development channels.
- Promote the company's services, including:
- Architectural CAD Drafting
- Revit Architecture and BIM Modeling
- Construction Documentation
- Concept Design Support
- 3D Modeling and Visualization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and send business proposals, quotations, capability presentations, and responses to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Coordinate with architecture, CAD, and BIM teams to understand project requirements, scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations,



and regular follow-ups.
- Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and track lead conversion.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization and project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and international outsourcing opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- MBA, BBA, or an engineering background will be preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or client relationship management.
- Experience in architecture, CAD drafting, BIM, engineering, or design services outsourcing will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good research, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of architectural drawings, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with international architectural standards and project requirements, particularly in the USA, UK, and Australia.
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
- Knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, email marketing, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to prepare professional business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- A proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of client meetings and meaningful business conversations.
- Proposal submissions and follow-up effectiveness.
- Lead-to-client conversion rate.
- New client acquisition and revenue generated.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
