We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales, generate leads, meet prospective clients and build strong business relationships in the manufacturing and industrial sector.

The role involves offline client meetings, lead generation, sales presentations, follow-ups and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads from manufacturing companies and industrial businesses.
- Conduct offline client visits and meetings with prospective customers.
- Reach out to decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking.
- Present the company's services and solutions to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects, coordinate proposals and drive deal closures.
- Maintain a database of leads, client interactions and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Track sales activities and work towards business development targets.
- Coordinate with management on sales strategy and market opportunities.

Required Skills




- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation or business development.
- Confidence in conducting face-to-face client meetings.
- Valuable follow-up, relationship management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to manufacturing companies or industrial clients.
- Background in SaaS, consulting, corporate training or industrial services.
- Experience managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a self-motivated, target-oriented individual who can independently generate opportunities, build client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
