Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT services and digital marketing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify and connect with potential clients for IT and digital marketing services.
- Create and submit proposals on Upwork to acquire new projects.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and potential business opportunities.
- Communicate with prospective clients through emails, LinkedIn, and other skilled channels.
- Follow up with leads, maintain client databases, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Work towards lead generation, client acquisition, and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.





Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing services.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and generate business opportunities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
