Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients and partners, driving lead generation activities, and supporting the development of new business opportunities for the academy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients, maintaining client relationships, and tracking business development metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and qualification of potential clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting business targets.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or education services is an advantage.
