Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting lead generation activities to expand the client base. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, assist in developing proposals, and maintain organized records of leads, meetings, and outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and contributing to business growth strategies. The role also requires regular reporting on pipeline status and performance metrics to the business development leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.




- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or recruitment services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple opportunities, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a results-oriented mindset are preferred.
