We are a Kochi-based digital branding and video production agency working exclusively with construction companies and construction-related businesses in Kerala and the GCC. We help builders, contractors, RMC and material suppliers, and allied firms generate leads and build a brand that wins projects through performance marketing, social media, and video content.

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact between the agency and prospective clients in the construction industry. Your job is to find the right companies, start conversations with decision-makers, and move them from first contact to a signed proposal.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build a prospect list of construction companies, builders, contractors, and suppliers in Kerala and the GCC.
- Reach out to owners and marketing heads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business, current marketing, and goals.
- Book and conduct discovery calls and meetings, in person or online.
- Work with the founder to prepare proposals and pitch presentations, and follow up until closure.
- Keep all leads, follow-ups, and deal stages updated in the CRM or tracker.




- Track competitors, current projects, and companies that need marketing support.
- Hit monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, proposals sent, and clients onboarded.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, or Marketing preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Malayalam. Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Confident on cold calls and comfortable handling rejection.
- Basic understanding of digital branding, including social media, Meta ads, SEO, and video.
- Organised, self-driven, and able to follow up consistently.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and a CRM.
