We are hiring a Business Analyst who owns both requirements and project delivery, from the first client call to go-live. You'll join a team of pro-level engineers building web, mobile, and service-based products, some serving millions of users. You'll manage clients directly, run execution with the delivery team, and use AI daily to analyze, document, and specify requirements.

ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Documentation

- Run discovery calls, elicitation workshops, and stakeholder interviews to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Analyze requirements for gaps, dependencies, edge cases, and risks, and challenge assumptions before development starts.
- Prioritize requirements by business value and feasibility, and review UI/UX flows from the end-user's perspective.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, and scope documents, user stories with acceptance criteria, and process, user, and ER diagrams.
- Maintain requirement traceability and versioning, along with MoM, release notes, and handover documents.

Project management & delivery

- Own end-to-end execution from kickoff to go-live, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare project plans with milestones, sprint breakdowns, effort estimates, and resource allocation.
- Drive Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress through burndown and velocity metrics, and remove blockers early.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests, assessing their impact on scope, time, and cost.
- Coordinate developers, QA, designers, and DevOps on releases, and handle multiple projects in parallel.

Client & stakeholder management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across the project lifecycle.
- Run client syncs and sprint demos,



and share explicit weekly status reports.
- Manage expectations on scope and timelines, and raise risks early with a proposed solution.
- Handle escalations professionally and negotiate when requests go beyond agreed scope.
- Coordinate UAT and obtain sign-offs on requirements, milestones, and releases.

- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to analyze requirements, find gaps, summarize client calls, and draft documents, then validate every output before sharing.
- Write effective prompts and build reusable AI templates and workflows aligned with our documentation standards.
- Write precise, agent-ready specifications for Spec-Driven Development: business rules, data models, API contracts, acceptance criteria, and tasks with a Definition of Done.
- Keep specs as the single source of truth for developers, QA, and AI coding agents through every change.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI tools, and best practices in BA and project management.

Domain Experience Hands-on experience in at least 2 of these domains is required: healthcare, real estate, diamond & jewellery, finance (FinTech, BNPL, payments), or education (EdTech, LMS).



You should have worked on at least one live project in any two industries and understand its workflows and compliance needs.

What You'll Need

- [X]+ years as a Business Analyst in a product or web and mobile app company, with hands-on ownership of project delivery.
- Direct client-facing experience: running calls, managing expectations, and handling escalations.
- Strong grasp of the product development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and project management principles.
- Practical, daily use of AI tools in BA or PM work.
- Enough technical understanding of APIs, databases, and web/mobile architecture to discuss feasibility with developers.
- Clear communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Good to have: Spec-Driven Development experience, international client exposure, ECBA/CCBA/CBAP, CSM/PSM, or PMP certification, and wireframing in Figma.
