We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to work closely with the Founder’s Office and help drive strategic decisions through insights, analytics, and operational intelligence across our EV charging network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building dashboards, analyzing trends, and turning insights into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis &

- Insights Analyze EV charging network data (transactions, utilization, site performance) Build dashboards using Power BI / Looker Studio Monitor key metrics: revenue, uptime, charger utilization, demand trends Convert complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership Reporting &
- Strategic Support Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports Support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking Present insights and recommendations to leadership Market &
- Competitor Analysis Research EV charging infrastructure trends and pricing strategies Conduct competitor benchmarking and location intelligence analysis Operational Data Management Maintain structured data across systems such as CMS &




- Odoo Ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline across teams Network Performance Monitoring Track performance across charging locations Identify opportunities to improve utilization and uptime OCPI Integrations &
- Partner Management Manage OCPI integrations with partner CPOs & eMSPs Coordinate technical onboarding and go-live with CMS/tech teams Ensure seamless roaming and interoperability across networks Google Maps &
- Location Visibility Manage EV charging location listings on Google Maps &
- Google Business Profile Ensure accurate, updated, and highly discoverable listings Skills &
- Tools Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience with Power BI / Looker Studio or similar BI tools Strong data analysis and dashboarding capabilities Basic understanding of APIs / OCPI integrations is a plus Ideal Candidate Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to convert data into business insights Detail-oriented with strong data interpretation ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
