The Business

Analyst will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, support strategic decision-making, and enhance overall efficiency in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
- Support the implementation of current processes and technologies.




- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

Skills and Tools Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
