- Lead end-to-end program management with hands-on ownership of planning, execution, and evaluation for leadership development journeys.
- Facilitating sessions for ELTP/ Power skills
- Support the team with organization-wide learning initiatives.
- Act as Learning Officer—partner with business units to design and roll out targeted training programs.
