Role Overview

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support Cornixe's business initiatives by collecting and analyzing business data, understanding business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and translating findings into actionable insights. You will collaborate with team members to understand business challenges, prepare reports, document requirements, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to organize, process, and interpret data.
- Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process documentation.
- Perform basic data analysis using Excel, SQL, or other relevant tools.
- Create flowcharts, process maps, and workflows to understand existing business processes.
- Identify business challenges and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
- Support market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis.
- Assist in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluating business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and business needs.




- Participate in project discussions, meetings, and progress reviews.
- Document findings, business insights, and project updates clearly.
- Research emerging business analysis tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

Who Can Apply?
- Students pursuing UG/PG studies in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Freshers interested in building a career in business analysis, business intelligence, consulting, or project management.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of business processes, statistics, and data analysis is beneficial.
- Knowledge of business requirements documentation, process mapping, or project management concepts is an added advantage.
- Candidates with good communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Individuals who are curious, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn current tools and technologies.
- Candidates who can think critically, understand business problems, and propose practical solutions.
- No prior professional experience is required.
