Job Title: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization. This role includes gathering and documenting requirements, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project execution. The Business Analyst will also create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for development teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status updates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide insights for process improvements.

- Experience with database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
