Role & responsibilities : -
Perform timely broadband installations, activations, and customer onboarding.
- Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT/SLA.
- Maintain installation quality and achieve first-time resolution.
- Troubleshoot fiber cuts, OLT, PON, router, and connectivity issues.
- Execute power management and optimize optical signal levels.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce repeat complaints and network downtime.
- Ensure proper customer-end wiring, router configuration, and Wi-Fi performance.
- Maintain daily work reports, customer records, and installation updates.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper utilization of network materials.
- Achieve daily installation, activation, and service quality targets.
