- Support the branch operations in achieving business targets of sales volume
- Co-ordination with all the departments to provide support as and when required
- Manage customer relationship and satisfaction levels
- Rapidly establish a positive working relationship with customers
- Prepare reports and analysis to ensure collection of outstanding payments on time and branch payments on time
- Support sales workforce in filing and managing expenses on time
