Role - Branch Manager (ST LAP)

Location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: Gross salary up to ₹40,000 per month + Incentives + TA + Statutory Benefits

Job Responsibilities

- Source Small Ticket Loan Against Property (ST LAP) business from the open market, with a loan ticket size of up to ₹7 lakhs.
- Manage and lead a team of LAP executives to achieve monthly business targets.
- Drive branch-level business growth and ensure achievement of consolidated monthly targets.
- Identify potential customers and suitable geographies for ST LAP business.
- Assess local market conditions to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Oversee branch-level activities to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
- Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.




- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Small Ticket LAP segment (up to ₹7 lakhs).
- Prior experience in sourcing LAP loans through open-market channels is mandatory.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of local markets and customer acquisition.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, self-motivated, and target-focused.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
