Branch Head - Real Estate Sales

Location: Pune

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Package - 45,000/-p.m to 80,000/-p.m.

Notice Period - Immediate Joiners only.

Candidates strongly preferred from channel partner firm, insurance, banking, finance & direct sales only.

- Selling Residential projects
- Team handling & Team Management
- Individually responsible for Generate revenues
- Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business.
- Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
- Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
- Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.
- Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, arranging for site visits.
- Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing




- Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities.
- Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads
- Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets of the sales force
- Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer for any clarification if required for that
- Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices.

Required Candidate profile;-

Experience with Real Estate -Sales preferably.

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills

Pleasant and trustworthy
