Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage affordable loan against property (LAP) credit portfolio, ensuring timely disbursement and recovery of loans.
- Conduct thorough credit assessment of borrowers, including financial analysis and risk evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to LAP lending.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Credit Management, Credit Assessment, PD, and Affordable Loan Against Property concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
- 3-6 years of experience in Affordable Housing Finance or similar industry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of BCM/Credit Manager experience.
- Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, banking concepts, and income assessment.
- Exposure to LAP/Home Loan underwriting and retail credit evaluation.
- Valuable communication and business understanding.
