Role Description The Branch Business Manager – Home Loans is a full-time, in office role based in Kondagaon. This role is responsible for driving home loan business growth at the branch, including achieving sales targets, managing the branch portfolio, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Daily activities include sourcing and onboarding new customers, managing relationships with existing customers, and coordinating with central and regional teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.

The Branch Business

Manager oversees branch operations related to home loans, monitors credit quality, ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements,



and prepares regular performance reports. The role also involves leading and mentoring branch team members, conducting local market outreach, and implementing initiatives that support sustainable business growth in the Kondagaon region.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development capabilities in retail lending or home loan products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding branch-level targets.
- Experience in branch operations, including portfolio management, process adherence, and coordination with credit, risk, and back-office teams.
- Sound understanding of home loan products, housing finance regulations, documentation requirements, and credit assessment basics.
- Effective customer relationship management skills, with the ability to address queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, ethical work environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with MIS tools, basic data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local/regional language preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in finance, business administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
