Job Overview

FM DIGIPOWER PVT LTD is looking for experienced and motivated BPO Telecallers to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling international clients and possess excellent English communication skills. The candidate should be confident in making international calls, interacting with clients, and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients from the USA, Canada, and other international markets, as required.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about the company's products or services.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain accurate client records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with international customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Handle client queries and objections professionally.




- Maintain call quality and follow company communication standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in an international BPO, international voice process, or international telecalling domain is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle international clients professionally.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in rotational or night shifts, depending on process requirements.
