Key Responsibilities:

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle repair and body shop requirements.

- Inspect vehicles and identify body damage, denting, painting, and accident repair requirements.

- Prepare repair estimates, quotations, and job cards.

- Coordinate with technicians, insurance companies, and customers throughout the repair process.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status and delivery timelines.

- Ensure timely vehicle delivery while maintaining repair quality and customer satisfaction.

- Follow up on pending quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed repair jobs.

- Maintain proper documentation, repair records, and customer feedback.

- Support customer acquisition and business development activities.





Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in an automobile service centre or body shop.

- Knowledge of vehicle body repairs, denting, painting, and repair estimation.

- Valuable communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

- Experience in insurance claims and accident repair processes will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in a multi-brand body shop, automobile dealership, or accident repair center.
