Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in retail branch banking, credit card sales, and field sales.

- Conduct regular visits to branches across the region to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective relationship management with customers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry.

- Solid understanding of retail branch banking, credit card sales, and field work principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
