Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BizTalk Lead Developer with 7–9 years of experience in Microsoft BizTalk Server and enterprise application integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions while providing technical leadership, ensuring solution quality, and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server.
- Develop and maintain BizTalk orchestrations, schemas, maps, pipelines, and adapters.
- Design and implement integrations between enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and external systems.
- Work with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
- Develop and maintain custom components using C# and .NET where required.
- Manage BizTalk application deployments, configurations, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and error handling of integration solutions.
- Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.




- Mentor developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Support production incidents, application enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 7–9 years of relevant experience in software development and enterprise integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server.
- Expertise in BizTalk orchestrations, maps, schemas, pipelines, and adapters.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, and web services.
- Experience with C#/.NET and SQL Server.
- Understanding of enterprise application integration patterns and messaging concepts.
- Experience with BizTalk administration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a technical lead role or mentoring development teams is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with EDI-based integrations and enterprise messaging.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments.
- Experience supporting production applications and managing critical incidents.
