Job Title: MEP BIM Modeler (EPC Projects)

About the Opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed EPC company executing large-scale projects in India and the Gulf region. They are looking for skilled MEP BIM Modelers to develop detailed, construction-ready BIM models and drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D MEP BIM models in Revit as per project specifications, with LOD 400 for Gulf projects and LOD 300-400 for India projects
- Prepare fabrication-level models, shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts with Architecture, Structure and other MEP disciplines
- Extract accurate BOQs and material take-offs from the models
- Coordinate with design engineers, project managers and site teams on RFIs, design changes and revisions
- Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards and client requirements
- Maintain model quality,



naming conventions and document control
- Support design-to-construction handover on EPC projects

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Mandatory for Gulf positions: proven LOD 400 modeling experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in an EPC or contracting environment
- Familiarity with Gulf project standards and codes (e.g., Civil Defense, local authority requirements)
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Knowledge of Dynamo or other automation tools
