Role Description The BIM Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Tamil Nadu, India. This role involves coordinating BIM models across disciplines, ensuring alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP teams, and maintaining model integrity and standards throughout the project lifecycle. The BIM Coordinator will manage clash detection processes, oversee model updates, and support the creation of construction-ready drawings and documentation.





Daily responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and engineers, enforcing BIM execution plans, supporting data exchange between platforms, and resolving coordination issues to improve constructability and reduce rework.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in BIM Coordination and Project Management for multi-disciplinary construction projects.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, standards, and workflows.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Architecture and its integration with structural and MEP design within BIM environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their coordination in BIM models.
- Proficiency with BIM authoring tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with clash detection and model review tools.
- Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects within the AEC industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction; professional BIM certifications are an advantage.
