We are looking for a talented and motivated BIM Architect to join Grid & Scale Studio in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of architectural design, BIM modeling, and construction documentation, with a passion for delivering accurate, high-quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
- Create and maintain construction documentation (CD sets).
- Coordinate architectural models and drawings with other disciplines.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver projects within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
- Experience in preparing architectural drawings and detailed BIM models.




- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting and SketchUp.
- Understanding of BIM standards, modeling practices, and coordination workflows.
- Valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
- Revit family creation, BIM coordination, and LOD understanding.
