We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect with strong expertise in architectural modelling and BIM coordination to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, and schedules.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
- Maintain BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
- Experience in architectural modelling and construction documentation.
- Understanding of LOD 300/400 and BIM standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
