Role Description The Billing Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the qualified will prepare and verify bills of quantities, and manage billing systems for ongoing projects. The Billing Engineer will coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and contractors to validate measurements and quantities, ensure accurate documentation, and reconcile project billing records.





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with prior experience in Billing for construction or real estate projects.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ understanding and Quantity Verification to support accurate Billing Documents.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Billing Systems to manage invoicing, payment certifications, and measurement verification.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, verify quantities, and identify discrepancies in bills and claimed quantities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with construction contracts, billing practices, and basic accounting principles relevant to real estate projects.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate records under tight timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing or ERP software; knowledge of relevant IS codes and regulations.
