Job Title: Billing Cashier Department

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Cashier to manage customer billing, cash handling, payment processing, and daily cash reconciliation at our jewellery showroom. The candidate should have good numerical skills, accuracy, customer service abilities, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Billing
- Payment Processing
- Cash Management: Maintain the cash counter, manage daily cash receipts, and ensure the security of cash transactions.
- Daily Reconciliation
- Invoice Management: Generate invoices, maintain billing records, and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide a smooth checkout experience.
- Coordination
- Accuracy and Compliance: Follow company policies, billing procedures, and internal controls while handling financial transactions.
- Refunds and Exchanges:



Process authorized refunds, cancellations, and exchange bills as per company policy.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and financial records.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate in Commerce or a related field preferred.
- Experience in retail billing, cashiering, or accounts will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software and MS Excel.
- Robust numerical, calculation, and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, especially during festive seasons.
- Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
