Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for IT staffing services.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and deal closure skills.
- Identify recent business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively using scheduling tools like W2.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in bench sales, client acquisition, or US staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing market trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals at various levels.
