Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in US IT staffing to market bench consultants, connect with vendors, and secure suitable C2C and W2 requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to vendors and implementation partners for suitable C2C/W2 requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Collect and share daily requirements through email, LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor networks.
- Negotiate rates, understand client requirements, and coordinate consultant submissions.
- Maintain updated consultant hotlists, resumes, visa status, availability, and rate details.
- Follow up with vendors regarding submissions, interviews,



and placement opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the vendor network.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions while avoiding duplicate submissions.

Required Skills
- 0.6–3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
- Positive understanding of US IT staffing, C2C, W2, and different work visa statuses.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management and consultant marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, and job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
