We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented BDE with 6 months to 1 year of experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, writing customized proposals, generating leads, and communicating with international clients to help the company acquire recent projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
- Prepare and submit customized, client-focused proposals.
- Understand project requirements and suggest suitable services.
- Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and online meetings.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and pricing.
- Track daily bids, responses, client interviews, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned bidding and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in online bidding.
- Hands-on knowledge of Upwork and Freelancer.com.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, such as web development, mobile app development, SEO, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
- Good research, negotiation, and time-management skills.
