- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks as per restaurant standards.

- Maintain high standards of beverage presentation, quality, and consistency.

- Provide excellent guest service with professional communication and product knowledge.

- Recommend beverages and cocktails to guests based on their preferences and food pairings.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar area.

- Monitor bar inventory, maintain stock records, and report shortages to the supervisor.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages, glassware, and bar equipment.

- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and responsible alcohol service practices.

- Coordinate with the service team and kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally while maintaining fine-dining service standards.

- Assist in preparing the bar setup before service and closing duties after service.

- Follow restaurant SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.
