Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano, tea, and other beverages.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage-making equipment.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Provide friendly, qualified, and efficient customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and work area.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and beverage presentation guidelines.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other inventory.
- Refill supplies and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special beverage requests.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment maintenance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
