Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and support daily caf operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of barista or caf experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems.
