We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to oversee and operate our coffee station. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages, operating commercial espresso machines and grinders, maintaining strict quality control, and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coffee & Beverage Preparation:
- Expertly operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and manual brew methods (Pour-over, AeroPress, French Press, etc.).
- Dial in espresso daily to ensure optimal extraction, grind size, and taste profile.
- Prepare a wide range of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and signature beverages following standard recipes.
- Execute consistent milk steaming techniques and latte art.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
