Hiring: International Banking Non-Voice Process

We are looking for experienced candidates for an International Banking Non-Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International Banking Process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle banking-related transactions and non-voice requests accurately and efficiently.
- Review and process banking information, account details, and transaction requests.
- Verify documents and identify discrepancies in banking transactions.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and confidentiality while handling banking data.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Banking Process is mandatory.
- Prior experience in banking operations or a related non-voice process is preferred.
- Good written communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners only.

Shift & Work Details
- Shift: US Night Shifts
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 2 rotational weekoffs
- Cab Facility: Provided
- Work Location: Hyderabad

Salary & Perks
- CTC up to 4.8 LPA, based on experience and current CTC.
- Cab facility provided.
