Role & responsibilities

- Plan, organise and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of all orders.

- Manage production staff, allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

- Prepare daily production schedules based on order volume and delivery deadlines.

- Monitor raw material inventory, stock levels, procurement and supplier coordination.

- Control wastage, manage production costs and improve operational efficiency.

- Ensure consistent product quality, hygiene, food safety and proper storage practices.

- Develop and implement SOPs for production, inventory management and quality control.

- Coordinate with the sales and order management team to prioritise orders and ensure timely dispatch.

- Maintain daily production, inventory, wastage and staff productivity reports.





- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a bakery, cloud kitchen, food business or similar production environment.

- Experience in team handling, production planning, inventory control and cost management.

- Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage daily operations independently and meet strict deadlines.

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality control standards.

- Proactive, disciplined and capable of building productive production systems.
