We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in bread making, dough handling, fermentation, proofing, and baking. Candidates with experience in artisan breads, sourdough, croissants, and commercial bakery production will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake artisan breads, sourdough, white bread, jumbo bread, focaccia, and other bakery products.

- Handle the complete bread-making process, including mixing, kneading, fermentation, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking.

- Prepare croissants, Danish pastries, cookies, and other baked products as required.

- Operate bakery equipment, including convection ovens, planetary mixers, dough sheeters, and proofers.

- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture, weight, and appearance.

- Plan daily production according to sales requirements and minimize product wastage.

- Maintain proper storage, labelling, and stock rotation of ingredients and finished products.

- Monitor raw material inventory and communicate purchasing requirements.

- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.





- Follow all standard operating procedures and production schedules.

- Ensure that all products meet the bakery’s quality standards and 100% vegetarian, eggless production requirements.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in a bakery, café, hotel, or commercial baking kitchen.

- Strong knowledge of bread making and dough handling techniques.

- Practical experience with fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking.

- Knowledge of bakery machinery and equipment.

- Experience in artisan breads, sourdough, and croissant production is an advantage.

- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and ingredient storage.

- Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage daily production targets.

- Good attention to detail, discipline, and time management.
