We are hiring an experienced and passionate Night Shift Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality bakery items while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake fresh bakery items during night shifts.
- Ensure all bakery preparations are completed on time for the next day's service.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Organize and manage baking activities efficiently during night hours.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bakery section.
- Monitor ingredient stock and ensure proper storage of bakery supplies.
- Assist in developing new bakery products and menu ideas as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or bakery.




- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and proper food storage practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Passion for baking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Location: Assagao, Goa

Working Hours: 8 hours

Shift: Night Shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
