We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Baker to join our bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking bakery products while maintaining consistent quality, taste, freshness, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake bread, buns, cakes, cookies, puffs, and other bakery products.
- Follow standard recipes and accurately measure ingredients.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment safely.
- Maintain product quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.
- Ensure timely production according to daily sales and customer orders.
- Monitor raw materials and report stock shortages.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain proper storage.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- Previous bakery experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Positive time management and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and meet production deadlines.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
