The Role

As B2B Sales Closer, you will drive revenue by closing high quality deals with corporate buyers, retail partners and hospitality clients. You will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from first interest to signed agreement, and make sure every closed deal moves smoothly into delivery and account handover.

What you’ll do

- Manage inbound and outbound leads across corporates, HR and admin teams, gifting agencies, retail partners, hotels and wellness brands
- Run discovery calls and product presentations that bring the Tamra story to life
- Pitch The Tamra on quality: certified purity, heavier copper and lasting durability
- Negotiate commercial terms and close bulk and custom engraved orders
- Coordinate with operations, marketing and finance on pricing, inventory and delivery timelines
- Handle advances, purchase orders and payment terms for clean, transparent deal completion
- Build long term accounts around Diwali, festive, onboarding and year end gifting cycles
- Maintain accurate sales records and share regular performance reports
- Feed market insights back to refine our sales strategy and offerings

What we’re looking for

- Proven B2B deal closing experience, ideally in design, lifestyle, retail,



wellness or premium consumer goods
- Ability to own the full sales cycle: lead qualification, negotiation and contract finalization
- Strong communication and client handling skills that build trust with senior decision makers
- Track record of meeting or beating targets in performance linked roles
- Organized, detail oriented and disciplined with follow ups, documentation and reporting
- Comfortable working on site in Bengaluru with a small, fast moving team
- A network of HR, procurement or admin decision makers is a big plus
- Background in artisanal brands, premium consumer goods or corporate gifting is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Uncapped, tiered commission on every deal you close:

- India orders, 300 to 499 units: 10% of order value
- India orders, 500+ units: 8% of order value
- International orders: 12% of order value
- Repeat orders from your clients within 12 months: 5% of order value

Commission calculated on order value excluding GST.
