Role & responsibilities

Experience-3 years in B2B Collection/OTC
Qualification-Any Graduate
Open Positions- 7-8 Ctc
- Train employees on US calling procedures, customer handling, communication skills, and process guidelines.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of process workflows, tools, and systems.
- Conduct training assessments, mock calls, role-plays, and knowledge checks.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support recent-hire onboarding, refresher training, and process updates.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with operations and quality teams to improve employee performance.
