1. AWS Infrastructure & Multi-Account Operations

AWS Organizations, Control Tower, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Route 53, Load Balancing, Systems Manager, and account governance.

2. Production SaaS Operations & Reliability

Experience supporting customer-facing platforms, incident response, capacity planning, availability, performance tuning, maintenance, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and root cause analysis.

3. AWS Security Remediation
IAM/least privilege, Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Secrets Manager, KMS, vulnerability remediation, and network/security hardening.

4. Infrastructure Automation
Terraform, scripting, reusable infrastructure modules, configuration management, Git-based change control, and reducing manual operational effort.

5. Observability & Troubleshooting

CloudWatch, centralized logging, metrics, alerting, infrastructure and application troubleshooting, PostgreSQL/RDS awareness, Linux administration, Windows Server administration/troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
